APC Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to APC Rewards operated by Australian Peptide Clinic (“APC”, “we”, “us”). They apply in addition to our website terms and Privacy Policy.

Membership

APC Rewards is personal to the registered account holder. A valid email address and successful email verification are required before benefits activate.

Welcome offer

After verification, a new member receives a unique one-use 20% welcome offer. It may be used together with the automatic 10% APC Rewards member discount. Other coupon combinations may be restricted.

10% member discount

Verified members receive an automatic 10% discount on eligible orders while logged into their APC Rewards account.

Rewards back

Members earn APC Rewards on eligible product spend at their tier rate: Bronze 10%, Silver 20%, Gold 30%, Platinum 40% and Black 50%. Rewards are calculated on the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts. Shipping, fees, refunded value and amounts paid using APC Rewards do not earn rewards or count as qualifying spend.

Tiers

Tier status is based on qualifying spend during the previous 12 months: Bronze $0+, Silver $2,500+, Gold $5,000+, Platinum $7,500+ and Black $10,000+. Because this is a rolling 12-month period, tiers may move up or down.

Birthday benefits

Current annual birthday credits are Gold $100, Platinum $200 and Black $300 in APC Rewards, subject to a valid date of birth being recorded before processing.

Using APC Rewards

APC Rewards are promotional store credit linked to the member account. They may be applied at checkout, have no cash value and are not transferable except where required by law.

Refunds

Where an order is refunded, rewards earned on the refunded value may be reversed, rewards used may be restored as appropriate, and qualifying spend is adjusted.

Misuse

We may reasonably investigate or restrict accounts where there is evidence of fraud, duplicate accounts, discount manipulation or program abuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Program changes

We may reasonably change benefits, thresholds, rates or program operation. Where a change materially disadvantages members, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where practicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
